MAP Policy

The Minimum Advertised Pricing (MAP) is equal to the Manufacturer’s Suggested Retail Price (MSRP) to for each product. The MSRP for each product is shown in wholesale catalogs and on the wholesale website for Hootenanny Games.

Retailers may only advertise Seller’s products at or above Seller’s MAP.  Advertising an item’s price below MAP violates Seller’s MAP policy. 

Alternative promotions such as “free shipping” or a time-limited, store-wide discount that reflects a lower price at checkout are permitted, as long as they do not affect the advertised price of the product. 

The Hootenanny Games MAP policy does not apply to in-store pricing or purchases.  It does explicitly apply to online purchasing and any other advertised pricing, including but not limited to newspaper and print media, promotional mailers, coupons specific to Seller’s products, e-blasts, websites, social media, and any other electronic media.   

Hootenanny Games reserves the right to modify or update this MAP policy at any time.
